Accessing the site
Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
When using our Site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply fully with them.
Our site changes regularly
We may change the content of the Site at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our Site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the information and or material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Reliance on information posted
We do not provide tours but the Site is used by tour operators to advertise the tours which they offer. Tour information contained on the Site is provided by the tour providers and is published on the Site by us in good faith.
It is important to Us that you can book with confidence and enjoy going on your tour. To help with this, each of the tour operators advertising on the Site have been vetted by Us and have undergone training to ensure the quality of the tour is as you would hope.
While efforts are made to ensure that the information and materials on the Site is accurate, the information and materials displayed on our Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy and we disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such information by any visitor to the Site, or by anyone who may be informed of the Site’s contents.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any part of the materials on our Site for commercial purposes without obtaining suitable licence to do so.
Contractual relationships
Our role and the responsibilities arising therefrom are limited to making tour bookings (and collecting payment as agent of the tour operators for those bookings) in accordance with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any information which: (1) you give to us which we pass to the tour providers, or (2) information the tour providers give to us which we pass to you.
Any contract you make for a tour will be with the tour provider, the details of which will be on your ticket. All tours are subject to the tour provider’s terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood those terms before proceeding to book a tour. As we are not party to your contractual arrangement with a tour operator, we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the tour suppliers or the services which they provide.
Your contract with any tour provider will be formed and conducted in accordance with their terms and conditions. If you wish to cancel or amend any order you have made your request must be sent to us in writing and we will forward that request to your tour operator. If you do choose to cancel or amend your booking the tour operator may levy a charge. If a tour operator needs to amend or cancel a tour we will inform you as soon as we are able. We accept no liability for any changes or cancellations made to your arrangements by the tour operator under your contract with them.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we hereby expressly exclude:
All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred by any user in connection with our Site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our Site, any websites linked to or referred in it and any information and or materials posted on it however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Our liability is not excluded or limited for death or serious personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
If we are found by an English court of competent jurisdiction liable to you (howsoever that liability may arise), our maximum liability to you is limited to the cost of your booking (or an appropriate proportion of your booking, determined by us acting reasonably, if not everyone on the booking is affected).
Payment
When booking you will be required to give us your credit/debit card details in order that the cost of your tour can be met. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree for Us to make those deductions.
In the event that credit card details are provided to Us by anyone other that the named card holder, we shall be entitled to assume that payment is being made with your authority.
In the event that full payment for your tour has not been received by us in cleared funds before the day immediately proceeding the date on which your tour is to start, we will notify the tour operator who may be entitled to cancel your booking in accordance with their terms and conditions and charge a cancellation fee.
Any money paid to us will be held in an escrow account and paid to your tour operator on the day following your tour.
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for any credit card payments made.
Acceptable use
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

Prohibited uses
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:

In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

- any software used in the provision of our site; or

Suspension and termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
